Use EmployIA from Claude or ChatGPT

Direct your team in plain English: “Ask Jade to analyze this lead,” “Which tasks are waiting for my approval?” The same permissions, limits and approvals apply.

In Claude (claude.ai or the desktop app), open Customize › Connectors.
Click Add › Add custom connector, name it EmployIA, paste the URL above, then click Continue and Add.
Click Connect: EmployIA asks you to allow access and choose which employees it can access.
In a conversation, turn on EmployIA in the tools menu, then ask, for example: “Ask Jade to draft a reply to this customer.”

Emails and actions are only sent with your explicit approval in the conversation, and every call is logged with the assistant’s name. Tasks use your usual credits. No payments or subscription changes can be made from an assistant.
