## How it works and limits

1 credit = 1 completed task (conversation, scheduled task or incoming request). A failed task releases its credit but counts toward the day’s attempts. Paid features are activated only after a signed confirmation from Stripe. All employee templates and all available integrations are included during the beta. Cancel anytime; terms of service are on the Privacy & Legal page.
