## How it works and limits

Claude and ChatGPT connectors: MCP server https://employia.tech/mcp, OAuth 2.1 (PKCE, dynamic client registration), access can be limited to specific employees, revocable. Apps: encrypted credentials, actions require approval by default, intake form processed within 5 minutes (no web search, actions always require approval).
